It's possible that the playback speed of your Apple Podcasts has been accidentally adjusted. Here's how you can check and fix it:

1. Open the Apple Podcasts app.
2. Start playing the podcast that is talking too fast.
3. Look at the bottom of the screen, there should be a button that probably says "1.5x", "2x", or something similar. This button controls the speed of the podcast.
