To recover a playlist on Spotify, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Spotify account on a web browser.
2. Click on your profile name in the top-right corner, then select "Account" from the dropdown menu.
3. In the sidebar on the left, click on "Recover playlists".
4. Here you will see a list of your deleted playlists. To restore a playlist, click "RECOVER" next to the playlist you want to bring back.

Once you've done this, the recovered playlist should appear at the bottom of your playlist collection in the Spotify app.
