To remove playlists from your Spotify home screen, you'll need to unfollow them. Here's how to do it:

1. Open your Spotify app.
2. Go to "Your Library" at the bottom right corner of your screen.
3. Under "Playlists", find the playlist you want to remove.
4. Tap on the playlist to open it.
5. At the top of the playlist page, you'll see a heart icon (if you're using an iOS device) or a check mark (if you're using an Android device). Tap on it to unfollow the playlist.

Please note that this will not delete the playlist, it will just remove it from your library and consequently from your home screen. If the playlist was created by you, you can delete it completely by going to the playlist page, tapping the three dots in the top right corner, and selecting "Delete Playlist".

Also, remember that the Home Screen is designed to show you music that you frequently listen to or might enjoy, based on your listening habits. So, if you frequently listen to certain types of music, playlists with similar music might appear on your home screen.
