Unfortunately, Spotify does not currently have a feature that allows you to block or hide specific playlists. However, you can manage the content that you see in a few different ways:

1. **Discover Weekly and Daily Mixes**: These playlists are based on your listening habits. If there's a song or artist you don't like, make sure not to play their songs so Spotify doesn't recommend similar content.

2. **Followed Playlists**: If you've followed a playlist that you no longer want to see, you can unfollow it. Just go to the playlist, click on the "..." icon, and select "Unfollow".

3. **Recommended Songs**: If you're getting recommendations that you don't like, try to "train" Spotify's algorithm by actively using the "like" and "dislike" features on song recommendations.

4. **Explicit Content**: If you want to avoid explicit content, you can turn on the explicit content filter in your Spotify settings.
