Downloading a Spotify playlist to your Apple Watch can be a bit tricky, as the feature is only available for Spotify Premium users. Here are the steps to do it:

1. Make sure you have a Spotify Premium account.
2. Update your Spotify app to the latest version.
3. Pair your Apple Watch with your iPhone.
4. Install the Spotify app on your Apple Watch. You can do this by opening the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, scrolling down to 'Available Apps', and tapping 'Install' next to Spotify.
5. Open the Spotify app on your Apple Watch.
6. Find the playlist you want to download.
7. Tap the three dots (...) next to the playlist, then tap 'Download to Apple Watch'.
8. Wait for the download to complete. Make sure your Apple Watch is charging and near your iPhone during the download process.

Remember, you'll need to connect your Apple Watch to Wi-Fi or cellular data to stream music without your iPhone. If you're having issues, try restarting both your iPhone and Apple Watch, or reinstalling the Spotify app.
